Last month our friends had the opportunity to inscribe their petitions on paper roses as a part of our Tree of Faith at the National Shrine Museum of St. Therese. Your response was so great we had an abundance of rose petitions!
Join us around the manger for “Christmas at the Crib” at the National Shrine Museum of St. Therese, December 1st or 3rd beginning at 4 pm. Bring your children to listen to the story of St. Therese’s Christmas conversion and to participate in the story-telling of Jesus’ birth and Christmas Carols.
Mary Kay continues the Journey to Reinvention in Part 3 with a focus on identifying weakness and creating new strength.
Over the next half century, your prayers will be a source of life not only to the flowers that bloom, but also to all who will be inspired by what this garden represents.
Renovations on the National Shrine and Museum of St. Therese are moving forward. The crew has laid the floor and started to place the new display cases.
This year’s Walk with Jesus was a cold and snowy day, but we had an amazing turnout. Our Carmelite Family walked the Stations of the Cross at the Meditation Garden at the Carmelite Campus. During our walk many carried small wooden crosses as a reminder of Jesus’s great sacrifice.
